1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with the j3333 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform, collectively form the complete agreement between j3333 and each registered player. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary rules, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless the supplementary document explicitly states otherwise.

By registering an account on j3333, the Player confirms that:

• They have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full;
• They voluntarily and unconditionally agree to be bound by these terms;
• They meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of this document;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful;
• They understand that j3333 is an online gambling platform and that gambling carries inherent financial risk.

j3333 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the registered email address or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the j3333 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual player and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party;

• You have not previously had a j3333 account terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• You are not an employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of j3333 or any of its affiliated entities, game studio partners, or payment processing partners.

j3333 reserves the right to carry out additional eligibility checks at any point during a player's account lifecycle. Failure to satisfy any eligibility condition may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or permanent account closure. j3333's determination of eligibility is final in the first instance, subject to any internal appeals process.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on j3333. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through the use of shared devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds. During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification document);
• Date of birth;
• A valid email address to which you have sole access;

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

j3333 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as a standard account security and compliance measure. KYC verification may be required before a player's first withdrawal, upon reaching certain cumulative deposit thresholds, or at any point at j3333's discretion for account security purposes.

Documents that may be requested during KYC verification include:

• Identity verification: National ID card (NID), passport, or valid driver's licence;
• Address verification: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the past 90 days;

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j3333 account credentials, including your username and password. j3333 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify j3333 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. j3333 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

j3333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other participating institutions), and cryptocurrency. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) for mobile financial services and bank transfer methods. Cryptocurrency transactions are converted to BDT at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

j3333 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Bank transfer withdrawals typically process within 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 2 hours subject to network confirmation times.

Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. j3333 does not facilitate withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts belonging to other individuals, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the account.

4.4 Transaction Fees

j3333 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges. These are outside j3333's control and are borne solely by the player.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and tournament prizes offered by j3333 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to these general bonus conditions. In the event of conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail over these general conditions for that specific promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all j3333 bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's terms. Players must complete the stated wagering requirement within the validity period of the bonus, after which any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire and be removed from the account.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility Restrictions

• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise;
• Bonuses may only be claimed using the payment method specified in the promotion terms, where applicable;
• j3333 reserves the right to disqualify any player from a promotion if there is evidence of bonus abuse, coordinated wagering, or any attempt to exploit promotional terms through artificial or irregular play patterns;
• Players who have previously self-excluded or requested account restrictions are not eligible to claim bonuses during any restriction period;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless specifically stated as cashable in the promotion terms.

5.4 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

j3333 employs automated monitoring systems to detect patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using bonus funds solely on low-variance bets designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures, and any other conduct that j3333 reasonably determines constitutes bad-faith engagement with its promotional offering. Where bonus abuse is detected, j3333 reserves the right to void the bonus, withhold associated winnings, suspend the account, and permanently close the account.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Certification

All games available on the j3333 platform are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other licensed providers. Each studio's games use independently audited random number generators (RNG) certified by recognised testing laboratories. j3333 does not modify game mechanics, RTP parameters, or outcome distributions. 6.2 Malfunctions and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcomes, j3333 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. j3333 is not liable for any losses, missed winnings, or other consequences arising from technical errors in game software provided by third-party studios. Where a malfunction results in an erroneously large payout, j3333 reserves the right to reclaim the erroneous amount from the player's account balance, provided written notice is given within 7 days of the erroneous transaction.

6.3 Sportsbook and Cricket Betting

All sportsbook bets placed on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports are subject to j3333's sportsbook rules published on the platform. In the event of a fixture being postponed, abandoned, or otherwise not completed according to standard competition rules, settlement will follow j3333's published event settlement policy. j3333 reserves the right to suspend markets, refuse bets, or void settled bets where irregularities in the underlying event are identified.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the j3333 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics;
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or platform staff to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or use of the platform for any transaction designed to conceal the origin of funds;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any support interaction;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors — any such vulnerability discovered must be reported immediately to [email protected];
• Attempting to access other players' accounts, platform administration systems, or backend infrastructure;
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, claim bonuses multiple times, or engage in prohibited activity under alternate identities;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour towards j3333 staff or other platform users;
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party, acting as an agent, or facilitating access for individuals who are ineligible to hold j3333 accounts.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by j3333

j3333 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of: breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent, deceptive, or irregular activity; potential money laundering or financial crime; KYC non-compliance; or any other conduct that j3333 reasonably considers to be against the interests of the platform or its players. During a suspension period, access to games, deposits, and withdrawals may be restricted pending investigation.

8.2 Closure by j3333

Following investigation of a suspended account, j3333 may permanently close the account if the investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, j3333 will determine at its sole discretion whether any remaining account balance is returned to the player, partially returned, or forfeited, based on the nature and severity of the breach. Where the breach involves fraud or money laundering, j3333 may be required by applicable law to freeze and report the account balance to relevant authorities.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their j3333 account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected] with a written request. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC requirements. Players who close their account for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) should refer to the j3333 Responsible Gaming Policy for specific procedures.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j3333 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, sportsbook results, or tournament finishes;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature, even if j3333 has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, network failures, or third-party system outages outside j3333's direct control;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's failure to maintain secure credentials;
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on any information published on the platform that is subsequently corrected;
• Losses arising from a player's breach of these Terms & Conditions that results in account suspension or closure.

j3333's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from j3333's own fraud or wilful misconduct.

10. Amendments to These Terms

j3333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect players' rights or obligations — j3333 will provide at least 7 days' prior notice via the registered email address on file and/or via a prominent in-platform notice. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications of existing provisions, or formatting updates) may take effect immediately without notice.

The version of these Terms & Conditions that applies to any given player interaction is the version that was in force at the time of that interaction. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version entered into force. Players who do not accept an amended version of these Terms & Conditions must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 8.3 above.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any translation being made available for reference purposes, the English-language version shall be the authoritative text and shall prevail in all interpretive disputes.

All matters relating to these Terms & Conditions and the j3333 platform shall be governed by the laws applicable to the operator's jurisdiction of incorporation. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through j3333's internal complaints process may be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution body as notified to players in the platform's complaints procedure.
